ComeThru

Accessibility statement

Our commitment to making ComeThru more usable for everyone.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

Our commitment. ComeThru wants people with disabilities to be able to use our mobile app, public website, and business web portal. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we welcome feedback when something gets in the way.

Our accessibility goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target and reference relevant mobile-platform accessibility practices for iOS and Android. This is a goal, not a claim that every part of ComeThru currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion.

How we work toward accessibility

Our accessibility work includes efforts to:

Current status and known limitations

ComeThru has not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility conformance audit. We are continuing internal review and testing, and some parts of the Service may not yet meet our accessibility target.

Areas we are evaluating and improving include:

Compatibility

ComeThru is designed for currently supported versions of iOS and Android and for modern web browsers. Accessibility behavior can vary by device, operating-system version, browser, settings, and assistive technology. Keeping your app, browser, operating system, and assistive technology up to date may provide the best available experience.

Accessibility feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help accessing a ComeThru feature, email hello@comethruapp.com with the subject line Accessibility feedback. We can also work with you on a reasonable alternative way to access information or support when one is available.

If possible, include:

Please do not send passwords, SMS verification codes, or other sensitive information. We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within five business days. The time needed to investigate or fix an issue will depend on its complexity.

Assessment and updates

This statement is based on internal review of ComeThru's current mobile and web experiences. We will update it as our accessibility work, testing, or supported features materially change.
